What barns ask about the bill.
What counts as an “active horse”?
A horse currently on your books — boarded, in a training or lesson program, or otherwise being billed. Inactive horses don’t count toward your plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial needs no card. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan, in-app, after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as your active-horse count changes — the change is prorated, no call required.
Do families pay extra to use the portal?
No. The family portal and autopay are included. Families pay the barn through it — there’s no separate charge to them.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged until you pick a plan in-app. Your data stays exactly where it is while you decide.
